- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪tried to get through to my branch for discussions on account as the premier line could not give me satisfactory discussion. looked up branch number, but after long wait got the overseas line again I am still waiting on line while they try to get me through to the branch. When I asked for direct branch number they offered to pass on my number for a call back within 24 hours. i am still on hold while they put me through to a voice mail. Not efficient way of banking.
