  I'd like to thank Ms D'Souza and her staff for their expertise and level of service. Not only were they knowledgeable, and able to provide me with assistance regrading my insurance inquiries, clearly explaining the options available to help ultimately make the decision, but they also provided a great level of service. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed like most agents and insurance companies tend to make you feel. They broke everything down and ensured I understood my options prior to making my decision. The level of customer service was quite exceptional, making me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands with knowledgeable professionals who could help me make the best decision for me.

  After a very high quote and terrible customer experience with TD Insurance, I switched State Farm but specifically I switched to Kricia because of her genuine desire to help. She helped me get an incredible quote and has been personally taking care of me ever since.
